Business terms that make things smoother for you
Like our products and services contribute to better processes, we want our cooperation to flow freely. That’s why we apply simple terms regarding sales, deliveries, and returns.
Sales and delivery terms
Our general delivery terms are according to NL 17 or NLM 19, with the following exceptions and additions unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery clauses are interpreted by INCOTERMS 2020.
Deliveries are primarily made as FCA, according to INCOTERMS 2020.
We are only responsible for the dimensions we have provided to the buyer.
As a baseline, our quoted prices are based on the exchange rate on the quotation date. With an exchange rate clause, the price will be adjusted upward or downward if the rate on the invoicing date deviates by more than 3%.
Our payment terms are 30 days net, and late payment interest is 12% unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to apply alloy surcharges due to increased material costs. These surcharges are updated continuously. Currently, no material surcharges apply.
Hot Shot expedited delivery is offered for an additional fee. Stock products are shipped the same day they are ordered, and products from foreign manufacturers are shipped the following day. The expedited delivery fee starts at 2,500 SEK, excluding transport and packaging costs.
The minimum order value for fee-free orders is 2,500 SEK. Orders below this amount will incur a handling fee of 300 SEK
Terms for returns
For the return of stocked items, the product will be credited minus a restocking fee of at least 30% of its value and any costs for testing and restoring it.
Credit for non-stocked items is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The returned item’s value must be at least 1,000 SEK to qualify for credit.
All returns should be sent to our warehouse in Gothenburg without incurring any costs to us (DAP, INCOTERMS 2020).
To be eligible for credit, the product must be in its original packaging (not applicable to bulk packaging), undamaged, complete, and include all manuals and certificates.
Here’s how you return products
1. Request an RMA number by calling our service department, + 46 31 69 37 54.
2. Download the returns/service form here.
3. Fill in the returns form and attach it to the returned goods.
4. Mark your shipment with your RMA number and send it to our Göteborg warehouse.
