That spurs us and provides the energy boost needed to keep doing this massive, long-term, and critical work. At the core – our products
Our products must last a long time to be sustainable. That’s why we only sell first-class products from premium brands. We also have an exchange system where a faulty product can be exchanged for a repaired one. In addition, we help customers optimize their stock levels and recommend energy-efficient products.
We and our suppliers also develop solutions that extend the products’ service lives. Of course, we encourage innovations that improve product quality and performance while reducing their environmental impact.
When the products finally need to be discarded, we follow local environmental regulations and guidance. Just as we assume our producer responsibility by only supplying excellent products, we care equally and take the same responsibility when products need replacing.

We work tirelessly at home
We involve our staff, set clear targets, and encourage department collaboration. Thus, sustainability is a natural part of everything we do at Fagerberg.
In addition, we plan to modernize our office spaces, improve ventilation, replace district heating with renewable energy, and install solar panels on our headquarters' roof. We have a recycling station, offer bikes to staff, and have charging poles for EVs. And, of course, our electricity is a Good Environmental Choice.
Continuous monitoring via EcoVadis
EcoVadis continuously assesses us in areas such as environment, workplace safety, ethics, business integrity, and sustainable procurement. This allows us to monitor everything from employee engagement and customer satisfaction to changes in our carbon footprint. It also helps us identify where and how we can improve further.

Whistleblowing
Fagerberg’s strong brand and reputation are built on integrity and sound business practices. We maintain an open business environment and uphold high standards of business ethics, ensuring the safety and respect of all individuals impacted by our operations.
We have established a whistleblowing system to facilitate reporting misconduct that violates laws, ethics, morality, or Fagerberg policies. The Fagerberg Whistleblowing Committee receives and investigates all reports. If you suspect a breach of ethical guidelines, your role in reporting it is crucial. This enables us to prevent and correct any wrongdoing.
